Attendees will get on their feet and perform 10-15 minutes of an opening statement from a case they are currently working on and will receive feedback from a veteran trial attorney “coach.” TV’s will be set up in each breakout room so attendees can use PowerPoints, visuals, etc. Attendees are strongly encouraged to be prepared to give a presentation and to use the TV as part of the presentation—or at least to use some form of demonstrative evidence!
